BioMaria was only two when her parents died fighting in the Grindleward War. She was taken in by her aunt, who supported her throughout her childhood and schooling. Her ambitions led her to be sorted into Slytherin, where she spent seven wonderous years with her house mates and was made Prefect. After Hogwarts, she started Auror training, where she slowly climbed the ranks. Three years ago she was appointed Head of the Magical Law Enforcement Department, bringing her one step closer to her ultimate goal of being Minister of Magic.
Year One in Review: Maria won the latest election and has now reached her goal of becoming Minister of Magic. But her motives and goals are not what most people think.
Maria has been revealed to be the mysterious Glorious Mother, the leader of the Liberi faction. With the existence of the Liberi now public knowledge and the Order of the Phoenix closing in, will Maria's Ministry be short lived?
